30 Minute Staycation

(Highly Suggested for 3 cats)
This option is available for clients with up to 2 cats. Our 45 minute Staycation includes everything that our (30 Minute Staycation) offers, but with additional time for playtime and TLC.

A 60 minute visit includes everything that is offered within the “30 Minute Staycation”, along with additional playtime, interaction, and attention. For clients with 6+ pets, please specify in the New Client Intake Form.

What is a Stay(cat)ion?

We offer the following Staycation options: (30, 45, and 60 minute visits). All of these options will include the basic tasks, such as litter scooping, bowl washing, feedings, and the main event of each visit is always interactive and enriching playtime. We make it a priority to keep your cat engaged and entertained for the duration of their trip!

At Cat Whisperers, We keep the Staycation going for your cats, even after we leave a visit! We offer guidance on how to set up the home for your cats to ensure they stay comfortable and entertained during their Staycation in addition to our visits with them. The goal of each visit is to provide trustworthy and reliable expertise that you can count on to have the utmost peace of mind while away.

New Client Onboarding Visit

(Meet & Greet)

All new clients must book a Meet & Greet with us. This is a time for us to meet you and your fur babies and see their routine! We will collect the necessary information to take the best care of your pets, review the contracts and forms, and complete the onboarding process.

Key pick-up/drop off

Perhaps you don’t feel comfortable using the lock-box or hide-a-key option. No worries! We’ll come and pick up your key before you depart as well as return it after you get back. Please schedule these times by sending an email to info@catwhisperersatx.com

Parcel Locker & Package Collection

This service is for apartments with “Parcel lockers”. We recommend putting packages on hold OR we can gladly collect any packages from the designated parcel locker room within the apartment building. Prices May vary depending on labor and time.

Full Plant Watering Service

Up to 5 indoor plants are already included in your basic service, but if you have more than 5 plants and/or outdoor gardens that need TLC and watering while you’re gone, we can handle it for you! Prices may vary depending on the amount of plants/gardens and amount of time needed to water the plants.

Medical Visit

A visit that requires “hands-on” medication administration. An additional $5 fee is applied to each visit that requires a “hands-on” medication. The medical +$5 fee will be added to your invoice by our team once a staycation option is booked. Please include all necessary medication info when filling out our “New Client Intake Form”.

Updates providing summary of each visit with quality pictures and/or videos, fresh food/water, bowl washing, litter refreshing, basic indoor plant care, mail collection (excluding large/heavy boxes), and more based upon on you and your fur babies needs.
Anything over 2 visits per day will depend on our availability. The majority of our clients book 2 visits a day, 1 morning and 1 evening visit.
Updates will be sent via email or app through our Time To Pet portal. Each visit includes an update, which will detail a summary of how your cat’s mood is, a list of the completed tasks, and at least 2 pictures.
We unfortunately do not administer insulin injections.
Any that requires “hands-on” medication administration. An additional $5 fee is applied to each visit that requires the medication. The medical +$5 fee will be booked along with the chosen staycation option (30 min visit, 45 min visit, or 60 min visit).
Oral medications and ointment application.
Based on our availability, the number of cats, and the owners requests, we will determine whether we can provide service to all pets in question.
*Must book a 60 minute visit for 4+ cats/pets.
We mainly serve a 3 mile radius from downtown Austin. This includes zip codes in: Central, East, South, and North Austin. We also serve beyond a 3 mile radius, based on our availability, so please do submit a new client intake form for details.
All booking requests are made using our pet sitting software, Time to Pet. New clients must fill out “Client Intake Form” before receiving a “client portal” activation link.
Yes! Please refer to out list of
”Add-on” and Concierge services. If you do not see the service you are looking for, please submit a new client intake form detailing your request and we will send you a quote for the service and/or if we can do that service. We are very happy to accommodate service requests that are not listed on our list of services, depending on the request.
